With more than 15 years of Information Technology experience, Pat leads a Collaboration and Voice consulting practice. Leveraging a client-first approach, he led the practice-wide initiative to develop governance and best practice configuration standards around the development, adoption, and enablement of Teams-centric and other M365 collaboration technologies during his tenure as a leader.
Previously, Pat worked for a Microsoft Certified Learning Partner as a Senior Educator, where he led the SharePoint Training and Mentoring practice. As a Microsoft Certified Trainer, Pat has extensive industry-specific knowledge and experience in administration and training on various Microsoft 365 platforms, such as Microsoft Teams, Microsoft 365, SharePoint 2007-2019, and SharePoint Online.
In addition to Microsoft Teams, Pat focuses on the productivity workloads within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including Microsoft Groups, SharePoint, Planner, and Stream. He has successfully conducted various customer immersion experiences (CIE) and other training sessions for many clients.
